Since 1926, after the ancestors returned from America, the Cariello Vincenzo farm is rooted in the northern Bari area of Bitonto where the best oils are produced.
The company was born first with a small extension with a traditional oil mill attached. For logistical reasons this is abandoned in the 1950s, to the advantage of the sale and transformation of wine with a small percentage of oil. At the beginning of the 1990s the company began to expand and at the same time began to specialize in experimenting with wine and oil grapes. Our company has always kept its roots in the territory with a look to the future. The agricultural activity is carried out by preserving and protecting the pre-existing biodiversity in the area using the native varieties handed down by our ancestors.
But this was a fixed point from which to start towards a future that leads to the experimentation and use of all the most modern technologies to make our products the best possible but preserving the flavors handed down by our ancestors.
