Description
The Casarotti dairy is a small family-run company working buffalo milk, born in 1998 from the conversion of cattle breeding, replaced by dairy buffaloes. The milk produced on the farm was all processed to produce own mozzarella, fresh and seasoned cheeses and yogurt.
