Description
They are the third generation of a Sardinian family, profound connoisseur of the techniques of sheep breeding and of the production of pecorino. Once established in Calabria, the family has enhanced sheep breeding, has adopted the technique of processing by making the most of Calabrian pecorino and, 30 years ago, the first dairy that, over the years has grown in volume and product quality, turnover and business organization.
