Description
Syrah, Shiraz, Sirack…. Evocative names, recalling the brilliant colors of the rugs of Persia, representing its most probable point of origination.
It is a red wine, having a noble structure, delicately spicy and of great finesse. It comes from thirty-year-old vines, located on dry and warm slopes, sunbathing near the olive trees.
During its time in the cellar, it matures and becomes more opulent with each passing day.
It marries excellently with game dishes, roasted red meats, grilled meats and vegetables, as well as spit roasted meats.
