The Artigiana del Fungo was founded in 1996 as a craft workshop for the production of family food preserves.
Today as then, it still maintains its guidelines from the beginning: the quality of the raw materials, carefully chosen, the search for fresh agricultural and forestry products, a manual processing of the products that are carefully checked one by one.
The range of preserves ranges from appetizers to desserts; it is possible to find the sauce or the snack suitable to embellish the aperitif, to complete a dish or the right gift idea for a special occasion.
Mushrooms in oil, for example, our flagship, cleaned and potted by hand one by one, as well as being delicious and appetizing, have a unique aesthetic presentation that only manual invasion can give.
