Description
The Artigiana del Fungo was founded in 1996 as a craft workshop for the production of family food preserves.
Today as then, it still maintains its guidelines from the beginning: the quality of the raw materials, carefully chosen, the search for fresh agricultural and forestry products, a manual processing of the products that are carefully checked one by one.
The range of preserves ranges from appetizers to desserts; it is possible to find the sauce or the snack suitable to embellish the aperitif, to complete a dish or the right gift idea for a special occasion.
Mushrooms in oil, for example, our flagship, cleaned and potted by hand one by one, as well as being delicious and appetizing, have a unique aesthetic presentation that only manual invasion can give.
padiglione_italia_newPresentazione that led us to be awarded among the twenty-seven best artisan food and wine creations of Italy by Confartigianato in the context of the recent Universal Exposition in Milan with relative exhibition of products at the Italian Pavilion from nine to fifteen October 2015.
