From distilling our own fresh grape pomace in their pureness, we have obtained a valuable and elegant selection, with a fine and delicate perfume.
This soft, refined and peculiar product has a wide, aromatic profile and a complex taste. It is a perfectly balanced and harmonic grappa. Each of our Grappas: Tocai, Pinot-Chardonnay and Cabernet, has been processed separately to keep the flavors singular and true to the vine.
